One token = one chat message to Eva. Ask a question, get an answer - that's one token.

Do tokens expire?+

No. Tokens stay in your wallet until you use them, and your balance follows you across devices.

Is this a subscription?+

How do I pay?+

Checkout is handled securely by Paystack - card, bank transfer, or USSD. RIQ AI never sees your card details.

Can I get a refund?+

No. Token purchases are final and non-refundable once the tokens are credited to your account. If you were charged but your tokens were not credited, contact us and we will make it right.
