Refund Policy

1. Overview

RIQ AI sells token packages that are consumed as you ask questions (1 token = 1 chat message). This policy explains our refund terms.

2. Token Packages

Tokens are purchased through Paystack in the following packages:

Prices range from ₦10.00 down to ₦6.67 per token - bigger packs cost less per token. Tokens do not expire.

3. All Sales Are Final

Token purchases are final and non-refundable once the tokens are credited to your account. Tokens are delivered instantly and are fungible on use, so we are not able to reverse a purchase after it has been credited.

• Purchases cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, once credited.
• Unused tokens are not refundable and do not expire - they stay in your wallet until you use them.
• Because checkout is a deliberate, confirmed action, we do not offer cooling-off or change-of-mind refunds.

4. Billing Issues

If you were charged but your tokens were not credited, or you see a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge, this is not a refund request - email us and we will investigate and make it right:

• Email riqsoftware@gmail.com with the email on your account, the date, and the Paystack reference ID.
• We verify the charge with Paystack and, where the tokens were not delivered, credit them or correct the charge within 7–10 business days.

5. Account Deletion

If you delete your account, any remaining token balance is not refundable. Use your tokens before deleting your account.

6. Nigerian Consumer Rights

Under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPC), you are protected against unfair trade practices and against paying for a service that is not delivered. If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it directly. This policy does not exclude statutory rights you may have where we fail to provide the service you paid for.

7. Changes

Refund terms may change. Changes apply to future purchases only - they do not alter the terms that applied at the time of your purchase. The current policy is always posted at this URL.
